Luke Easter - new EP

I just discovered this E.P. on Spotify and find myself really enjoying it.  
It's upbeat rock music, not metal.  I didn't know what to expect but it is much better than I would have thought.

It reminds me of Modern Bon Jovi, but with a youthful energy.

Pay attention to the lyrics of this song. It’s about the current devil-centric music industry. The images and trashy sexuality is what they are selling to kids. The subject matter would’ve been great for Luke in his Tourniquet days. It would just need to be slightly altered to glorify God in a better way.

I just ordered all the Titanic reissues from Boones. I couldn’t help to notice how well Luke’s voice would fit with that band. If they ever make a fourth album, they should hire Luke. 

As a side note… I remember seeing Titanic with Tourniquet in 1996. It was billed as “TNT” Tourniquet, Neon Cross and Titanic.

I never really thought of that, but that WOULD make a great fit musically for Luke and Bill Menchen to work together.  Perhaps you should suggest that to both of them.

I've just posted on Facebook and linked Bill, Luke and this page!  This sounds like a great idea to me.

Vocally speaking, I can easily see LE nailing this down.

I love this mid paced crunchy heavy metal. It gives a lot of room for the big melodic vocal hooks overtop.
