Fates Warning: Awaken The Guardian

I saw Rhapsody open for Manowar the second time I saw them. Was never a huge fan but they're awesome. I really like the tune "Emerald Sword".. Symphony of Enchanted Lands is a good album. Maybe I should check out more of their stuff too.

Iron Maiden set list for their current tour is the same exact set list from last year. I am listening to these less familiar songs in anticipation of their upcoming show. Truthfully, I would have chosen almost all different songs. 5 of 15 songs are from the Somewhere album, another 5 of 15 songs are from their latest album released 3 years ago. The remaining 5 of 15 songs I am just fine with. But where are the fan favorites: 2 Minutes to Midnight, The Number of the Beast, Run to the Hills, Aces High, Flight of Icarus, Hallowed be Thy Name

Awesome! I'm super exited for the next album to hopefully release next year. Bradley Hall is very talented and should be very good for the band.

I've listened to the og version and new version multiple times and I'm positive the solos are different. Even if you don't love this band you should listen to the new version just for the solos. Freaking awesome.

Acid Storm - Bitronic Genesis: Outstanding power thrash. Person who recommended this to me likened it to a Brazilian take on Forbidden and that makes sense. I love the bass lines.

Vicious Rumors - Warball: Wow, what a performance from James Rivera. This is the best thing since the Carl Albert days and it even competes with the classics. VR is better suited to a more melodic, less hard edged vocalist. I hope their new singer is good.

When I have both Christian and secular in my mix I usually put the list in the Christian-friendly thread. That's just me though.

This really good EP I found on YouTube meant to mimic the style of Metallica's Black Album. If you like that album, I'm sure you'll like this. I recommend for sure.
