Cruz - he's a liar. Trump is right. Plus he has no right to be running! He wasn't born in America. That's against the constitution. Another area where Trump is right!

Plus he wants to wreak havock on the progress that marijuana has made over the past 20 years. Not a chance I would vote for this bozo - who would rather endorse bad hospital drugs - and continue lying in bed with big business and drug companies - who are funding his campaign (after losing Baby Bush).

Carson - way to wimpy and soft-spoken. He has good ideas ... but he's not presidential material.

Kasich - time to go home now buddy. it was fun wasn't it? Now it's looking weird though. Get out - at least after you see the damage you will see on Super Tuesday.

A real president knows how to stand up for himself like Trump does. Which is why he's winning. He's the most best fit. Even Chris Christie realizes that - which is why he's endorsed him today. Ann Coulter and Sarah Palin also endorse Trump. Wonder why so many others don't? I guess they like what the establishment has done over the last 20 years. Ugh.

1. Sanders is an idiot that wants to ruin what's left of this country. Think socialism works? Ask a Swede how well socialism is working for them.

2. Name one thing Cruz lied about. I'm sure he has lied, he's a politician. But please don't just say someone is a liar and not back it up. That's what Trump does.

If we vote Sanders, Hillary, or Trump in we deserve exactly what we will get: ruination, AKA a ruined nation.

And while I am a registered republican, I am disgusted with the GOP and fully intend to "deregister" myself. I am only waiting until after our state's primary election so I can cast my vote against Trump.  I consider myself a Constitutional Conservative; I believe in our constitution and what it stands for, what the founding fathers intended. And I am 100% for any candidate that promised to stop the SCOTUS and Congress from continuing to use it as toilet paper.

Cruz's eligibility is not a legitimate topic anymore than Obama's was.  Both more than adequately fulfill the legally accepted definition of the term, which does NOT require a citizen to be born within the borders of the USA or it's territories.


I will not vote for Trump.  He is not "conservative".  He is not a "neoconservative".  The ONLY reason he can claim to be a Republican is because he changed his loyalties when he saw a benefit to doing so.......and the bulk of his position place him pretty firmly in "Clinton Democrat" territory.  Frankly, I am VERY curious about how he will try to manipulate his voiced positions to still be in line with party platform at the convention.

 The man is a bullying, racist, misogynist wannabe oligarch literally trying to buy his way into the presidency using his patented currency, "spectacle".  The man will BLATANTLY misuse Presidential privileges and abuse government agencies to silence his critics.....he has LITERALLY SAID IT if you've been paying attention.  He does not "tell it like it is", he peddles statements of controversy to avoid issues of substance, and I for one was INCREDIBLY happy to see him get double teamed by Cruz and Rubio at the most recent debate.  They need to keep doing it and trample his campaign into the dust. NOW.


This is a VERY disheartening election for me.   The man I like most on a personal level has a ruinous grasp on economic principles, and I can not vote for him.  The man who's positions the comparability calculators say most fit mine is someone I have a deep personal distaste for.

Cruz is my man this year, because I am left with no other choice.

Disclaimer: this is my opinion.

It would be hard to pinpoint what Cruz has lied about because he just oozes dishonesty. I listen to him and something in me says, "That's a man who will say anything to push his agenda." He is simply not genuine. We will never know what truly goes on inside of his head because he doesn't speak his mind.

None of them. I don't trust politicians as much as people want me to.

I guess of the candidates here, I know the most about Trump and Carson. I even knew about Carson before he ran.

Carson is a smart guy, though I would have lots of trouble voting for him.

That is a very good reason why I would never vote Rubio. I think he lost his chances with the nation after that particular debate performance. He has not even won one state yet either.



I honestly don't see anyone else taking the Republican nomination besides Trump, and I could not be happier about that. Americans voices will be heard and Trump is the only one really speaking to the heart of America at this point!!

Trump doesn't speak for my heart.  Trump taps into the most vile and hate-filled part of the American identity.  As for speaking it like it is, for Trump it is clearly a one-way street.  He can dish it, but can't handle anyone calling him on his crap.

ahhhhhh

I really dont support any of the republican or democratic canadates, however I do think that this nation needs the following in their executive leadership  1) Business sense.  This nation has been run by politicans for too long, Let a business man have a crack at it.    2) Military experience, it scares the crap out of me that the next president most likely will have no military experience and will be the CIC of the American Armed forces.  and if the next prez is a businessman than the VP needs to be the politican of the duo.

I respect Trump for saying whats on his mind despite the lack of a filter from his brain to his mouth. But I really dont agree with alot of what he is selling. and IMO the Democrats are not any better my vote will go to a independant more than likely

We have that here in Illinois. A business man Bruce Rauner is now Governor. It's not going so well at this point. He's locked horns with the top politicians in the Illinois house and senate. As a result it's nearly three months into 2016 and we don't have a 2015 budget yet. It's a power battle between both sides, as a result nothing is getting done and people that need it (social agencies etc.) are closing for lack of funds.

It makes for nice political theater, but not so nice for people who rely on the state.

The problem with the whole anti-politicians stand is that like it or not, the system is political and anyone who doesn't get that or know how to work within it is not going to be effective.  One election is not going to replace the entire system, and I guarantee you that in order to be effective leaders, Trump and Sanders both will have to work with the establishment and play the game.  The President is just one cog in the machine, not the supreme ruler.  The problem I see with the current political system is the same thing I see in society in general.  We have gotten away from the idea of different people with different perspectives and ideas working together to come up with solutions that are attempts at being in the best interest of the country as a whole.  Different has been defined as wrong, compromise has been defined as weakness.  If we truly want to "make America great again", then we have to view diversity as a strength and take the time to actually listen to different ideas AND we have to be willing to accept that no one gets everything they want.  Change for the sake of change is pointless, but if something is broken then it is stupid to keep it around just because that is what has always been.

Cruz.  His record speaks volumes about integrity and dedication to the constitution.  Unfortunately he comes across as a TV preacher and has a weird face.  In this image-obsessed era those things may make it impossible for him to win even if we didn't have Trump involved to mess things up.

I'm fairly pessimistic about the future of this country.

Nobody is being negative, I don't even see anyone disrespecting anybody. I think some of these views are quite realistic and we should be prepared. It's very sad the state we are in, Ive said it already before, Take a look around, the wickedness of our nation should be apparent and obvious.

Did you know that Cape Breton which is near Nova Scotia is opening the welcome mat to Americans if Trump becomes President.  If the job market there didn't suck so bad I would seriously seriously consider it (not because of Trump) but because I really dont like where we as a nation are heading not to mention it has some gorgeous views. the site I believe is  www.cbiftrumpwins.com
