Fave Batman Movie

You know, I enjoyed the Dark Knight Rises, but now that I really think about, it WAS kind of ridiculous in many ways.

The other thing I loved about the Keaton/Nicholson Batman movie was the soundtrack of Prince and Danny Elfman.

It did have a great soundtrack, didn't it?  The theme song is one of my all time favorite pieces of cinematic music.

With a few differences of opinion, I'll stand with Kerrick too (it's dangerous to throw stones at a Tyrant).

Batman Begins is a good first chapter.

The Dark Knight is very good if a little dark at the end.  I agree it was too long and could have been two movies with the two villains.  Sure Heath Ledger's Joker was great, but WA-AY overhyped.  I wonder how it would be viewed if he were alive.

The Dark Knight Rises - Didn't see it.  I'm at a point in life where anything more mature than The Lego Movie doesn't get any viewing time at my house.

Ledger's Joker is way overrated

I enjoyed TDKR quite a bit as it was the first of the new trilogy I actually saw

I liked Hardy and Bale's performances

To me it wasnt too outlandish

but it did have a lot of plot holes, but as did the original Batman (89)

Hathaway wasnt anything special as Catwoman

As for the originals

Batman was awesome but had its plot holes, and Keaton was a good Batman but at times he played Wayne too "quirky" I guess is the word.

Batman Returns was ok, a lot of people think its way better then the first one. The roles between Batman and Catwoman were great, Devito's Penguin was too gruesome and grotesque. The movie had a overall darker feel, even the first was also very dark.

Batman Forever was great, it was much more light hearted, but not to the point of being cheesy, like Batman and Robin. Kilmer is my personal fave Batman/Bruce Wayne its tough between Keaton/Kilmer/Bale though. Jones was a good gangster type Two-Face, Carrey was right at home with his Riddler role.

Batman And Robin was terrible but had some good points, Clooney is THE worst Batman. Arrrrrhhhhnold was a cool role as Freeze but I think the over use of puns and the suit ruined it. Poison Ivy was ok but the puns ruined it. Bane was overkill in the villian department. Robin was whiny and annoying, and Batgirl felt forced into the plot.

And Clooney might not be the worst Batman a year from now
sorry but Im scared about Ben Affleck being Batman

Let's hope Ben is a good Batman. He's already set to play him a second time in Suicide Squad.

And a third time in the Justice League movie that DC is gearing up for.

And even possibly a 4th time in his own solo movie that may be starred and directed by Ben Affleck:
