An aunt and uncle got me
Caravan - In the Land of Grey and Pink
I already owned that one but this one has bonus tracks I didn't know yet. So cool upgrade!

The 2020 album by The Livestock Band called "Jesus People". This band features the bass and vocals of Lawrence Bishop II who played bass on a few of Bride's albums. This band of his is a true southern rock band--not the somewhat southern influenced metal people call southern rock today.

Thanks for pointing out this band. I always was curious about what happened to Lawrence Bishop from Bride. This is really good southern rock and I’ve been playing this pretty consistently since you mentioned them.alldatndensum wrote:The 2020 album by The Livestock Band called "Jesus People". Re: Recent Non-Metal Purchases
We found a nice little record store near where we were staying in Austria, where we got some old vinyl records. A few compilations with basically background music, a single of Staying Alive by the Bee Gees (curious how they ripped off the font for the Blind Guardian logo) and a Waylon Jennings compilation. Also found a 2CD compilation by Hank Williams Sr.

Not sure if you are joking or not, but Bee Gees were around 25 years before Blind Guardian - lol.Andreas89 wrote:a single of Staying Alive by the Bee Gees (curious how they ripped off the font for the Blind Guardian logo)
