I disagree. Calling back to previous stuff doesn't automatically make it bad or "A.I. generated". Screaming Suicide has some great lyrics. As does Inamorata. It will remain my 3rd fav Metallica album.

It does have some great lyrics, I just mean there are several lines, especially in the title track, that feel more like they just sound like they have meaning as opposed to having meaning. The title track is definitely the one I feel it with the most.

My dad doesn't like me listening to RATM but his friend(also my friend) is a guitarist and loves them and I wouldn't be listening to them without him. I rarely listen anyways.
