I finally got myself a pair of Bluetooth earbuds. Paid $17 for them. They’re amazing and now I don’t think I can go back to corded earbuds.

Well, looks like, temporarily, I'll have to start on a vegetarian diet, or at least one with more fiber. At least this is a chance to see what veggie burgers actually taste like.

EDIT: Not bad at all actually, I could see myself eating these instead of actual burgers if I had to.

So I was on another music board, and someone made the claim that Neon Knights by Black Sabbath is actually about Police. Listening to it, I can kind of see it, but the "circles and rings/dragons and kings" line kind of doesnt fit if that was the case (and I've never seen any cops were "neon" colors either).

I've been using for a few years now (that doesn't sound right!). I didn't want to leave wired ones. I was thinking about all the extra batteries to charge when you move everything to wireless. But I love them and use them for a few hours every day. I work around the house with just one earbud in, especially because my wife teaches piano in our dining room, which is open to our kitchen.

I often have one earbud in while doing different things.

I once saw someone describe Dio’s lyrics as “entertaining, colorful nonsense.” I think that’s pretty accurate.

I hope it goes well. I started a no carb diet with my wife 3 weeks ago, and I don't like it. But I'm supporting her and I still get meat!!

I don't think that came out right.

I eat a high protein diet with lots of meat but you need carbs so I eat fruit too. I rarely eat veggies, they're actually hard to digest and cause lots of gut ailments.

Same here post colon-cancer.  It breaks my heart a little because I love vegetables, but I've figured out I can have a very small salad and be (mostly) ok.  

I had a hard lesson a couple years ago trying to eat a small amount of popcorn and ending up in the hospital for 2 days from that.  ._.

My wife has diverticulitis and veggies are her nemesis.

I got dragged into our local Michael's art/craft store yesterday by my wife.  Someone had mistakenly arranged these letters as "SHOM" so I took it upon myself to fix 'em.

^I've seen them advertised too but know nothing else about 'em.  I'm always a little suspicious of cause-themed products, though if they're the real-deal I'd be down to check their stuff out.

Holy dang though, that is some expensive coffee!  That's 2.5x more expensive than the stuff we get at Grocery Outlet.  

Well, what kind of coffee do you usually buy? Some nasty cheap stuff? 🤪

The cheap-o stuff, of course!    Actually it's 5x the cost of the GO stuff; it's 2 lb bags, not 1 lb.  Looks like this:

Around here we have Counter Culture coffee and it’s amazing. (Usually about $11–$12 for a 12 ounce bag of beans. It’s what I usually buy.

I won't say Grocer Outlet's coffee is "amazing" but it's acceptable.  And at $10 for 2 lbs, "acceptable" flavor is quite acceptable on the bank account hahaha.

Coffee is one area I just can’t bring myself to skimp on. I drink it black, so I need it tasty.

Peet's Major Dickason's is my go to and can be found on sale for 8.99 .
