Recently Watched Movies

Some cheesy romantic comedy with my wife called For Better or for Worse. Although it had some funny parts, there were more plot holes than are usually found in Hallmark movies. Even my wife was shouting at the TV!

Finally showed my wife and SiL a true classic:

I only recently watched the trailer (since the movie isn't out yet...) but Felipe from Sorrowstorm posted this on FB.  An independent filmmaker he knows is making a flick and the main character is rocking a Sorrowstorm shirt in it.  Pretty cool!  (I can't imbed the video for whatever reason, but it's a horror/thriller/suspense flick.)

Greatest sci-fi horror film ever made. I rewatch it about once a year. Not for the weak-stomached, though.

Have you developed any sermon or teaching series off of these horror movies you like? Even if your church doesn't dig it, the heavy metal church probably will.

I took a brief look and didn't see where those options are.  I'll have to take a deeper look later.  Those options just automatically got added by Forumotion.

Elemental and the Little Mermaid live action remake.

Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse. Though I dont like how they ended on a cliffhanger, I still think it's one of the best Spider-Man films of the several there are.

I like them just as much as most movies and better than a lot of others.
Just enough humor in them to make them stand out a little from the generic action films.  Having said that I think I've only seen 1 & 3 (or maybe I just forgot the second one).

Creed 3. Much more of a drama than a sports film (though the boxing scenes are the focal points of the film).
