VENEZUELAN SITUATION

I have another friend in DF who is pastor of a church but they rent a place every Sunday for their service, and they currently have a rented place for his family too. 

My friend who is willing to give my wife and I a place to work and a place to stay just says we can go at anytime we want from September 15th on. 

Besides what has been raised in the GoFundMe campaign and the things we have been able to sell Among our relatives and friends we have $1560 with that we can cover flight tickets we just need another $1500 to cover rent for 3 months and get essential things to start (a bed, an used fridge, oven and food)

Yes the decree is out but hasn't been implemented. And we don't know what would be the criteria used to select the working force. But to me it all looks like some Sort of slavery

What's going on in Caracas? I've seen pictures of very large protests.

Last September 1st there was a HUGE march against the government, Venezuelan opposition is looking at a recall of President Maduro, today there will be marches in different cities in the country for the same reason. 
I pray for the day Venezuela is free of this failed government
