Yes there are a ton of denominations, not all of them worship The Lord God of Christianity. Jehovah's Witness, Christian Science, etc. They are different, they're not denominations of Christianity. Presbyterian, Pentecostal, Baptist, Catholic, are all Christian denominations.

IIRC Christian Science has more in common with Gnosticism than Christianity. It’s the Holy Roman Empire of religions, neither Christian nor scientific

^It's still Christ based. Christian is in the title. It is literally a branch that stems from the tree of Christianity.

Jehovah's Witness, is also, Christ based, therefore is a branch of Christianity. If or not one denomination from another branch disagrees with another's Doctrines and spin on Christianity, Does not change the fact.

Christ is a revered figure in Islam, therefore Islam is obviously Christian!

Islam is Muhammad based. Jesus is part of their story like a footnote. The tree of Christianity and Islam grow from the same soil (Abrahamic) and both are "White Light" religions.

If or not you agree with those Christian branches does not stop the fact they are from and officially, and quite literally, listed as, being from the same tree.

If a “branch” deviates from Christian doctrine enough to deny the fundamentals of the faith, it is no longer Christian. Often they replace Jesus’s authority with supposed “new revelation” to some cult leader, such as Joseph Smith (Mormonism) or Mary Eddy (Christian Science).

Just because it says Christian doesn't make it Christian based.... That's the only thing it has in common with Christianity, the word Christian. Just because it's a religion it doesn't make it a christian denomination.

I am not saying they are the "real" Christianity, as you view as Christian...K

Now we got that out of the way, I hope...

What I am trying to get through to you, is that these faiths and beliefs (if or not they are false) originate from Christianity— and on top of that— are officially listed, as a branch and denomination, of Christianity...

For arguments sake…

The Anton LaVey brand of Satanism is supposedly atheist in nature. But they use Satan as a symbol of rebellion against Christianity.

All in all, it’s still evil and of the same spirit as an actual devil worshiper. It’s just more visually theatrical and “Hollywood”.

It’s sad because he genuinely loves a lot of Christian metal. He just couldn’t help himself from taking shots at the faith and at believers. We need to pray for him.
