Elite Force - it sounds quite hard-core in it's own right but the name sounds nu-speed-metal 4sure

Fighter-More AOR than metal. Still pretty good, but dont pick their stuff up if all you want to do is headbang.

Actually, there was a band on Tooth And Nail called Spoken (though not during the 90's).

So these guys could be the UN-Spoken.
