Who says keyboard solos can't be metal? Anything can be metal if you put it ontop of a metal riff in my book

And I’ve never thought metal needed guitar solos. A lot of the first 3 Morty albums don’t have them.

That being said, I don’t think Petra was ever really metal, even on those albums. But if you want to call it metal, I don’t care. Petra rules.

On Fire is one if their best albums except for Homeless Few - powerful message though. It has 7 Hard Rock songs bordering on Metal but not quite Metal.

Jekyll and Hyde is one of my least favorite Petra albums counting the 16 with mostly original songs. I would consider it their most Metal album with both Hard Rock and Metal elements.
