I remember when Luke went nuclear on ToB. 

Not that I’m any different… I have also had some disagreements with ToB.

But I let it go…

Most of y'all weren't around when Ted would post on here.  But just about any thread he'd post in would eventually implode into chaos and get locked.  Ted was pretty intense and defensive, but I also think folks get a rise out of ruffling the feathers of our "celebrity" members and thus - consciously or not - do a lot of provoking.

Now I see why Gary Lenaire and Guy Ritter don’t post on here.

I remember seeing some old threads about Ted’s animal rights views, while I didn’t agree with the full extent of his viewpoints it did seem many people were deliberately trying to goad him into an argument

Oh I remember Ted’s posts!

Especially his infamous anti-Trump rant. Or should I say, someone posted his Facebook comment here and it spiraled into chaos.

But I have had a few interactions with him about various music related things and I can verify that he could be very defensive. 

One example was when I said I thought Ripper Owens kinda “phoned in” his performance on Medusa (just my opinion). I know what Ripper is capable of! I really enjoyed his work with Judas Priest and now with KK’s Priest.

But let’s not pretend there wasn’t some Jussie Smollett style sabotaging going on to attack Trump. 

Why would a real or normal Trump supporter do that? It seemed like a deliberate smear to garner outrage. Ted seemed to think Trump approved (because he directed his anger toward him). Show me where Trump approved of that horrible act! 

Bad actors are not only in Hollywood, it’s a term for evil people with agendas.

I seem to remember Ted comparing the incident to the January 6 guys, not necessarily implicating Trump himself

The point is that we don’t know for sure who did the deed. 

Yes, it could have been a drunk “Trump supporter”, but it could have also been a sabotage smear to garner outrage against Trump. 

The Jussie Smollett incident was a good example of the lengths of the woke mob to divide the country. Obama had also previously stoked the fires of the Michael Brown (Ferguson riots) and the Trayvon Martin killing. The media was on a witch-hunt for white police when George Floyd died. BLM is a Marxist (Trojan Horse). 

My point is, not everything is what it seems. There is some deliberate attempts to destroy society with division.

Let’s face it….Tourniquet songs are all heavy….whether it’s the music or the lyrics, these songs have meat! Tourniquet was and still is a major influence in my identity.

If I remember correctly, you were a little ticked off and said something to the effect that ToB has a tendency to be negative. What happened to Pethead? He could track down the comment easily. 

But anyways… I think he’s toned it down quite a bit in recent times.

It was a strong difference of opinion.

It was actually shocking how much it irked ToB that I thought the song is Christian friendly. 

I will admit that I teased him after that for a while whenever someone would post anything about Christian friendly secular music.
