Warpriest's third album entitled Gloombreaker is nearing release!  The artwork is, once again, totally awesome.  I'll be sure to post in this thread as more details (release date, singles, etc.) come.   Cool

Another excellent song!  Who knew Elis could growl like that!   affraid  The lyrics and video are great as well.  Warpriest's sound is evolving and getting more dynamic and deep; I dig it!  Now if only September 13th would hurry on up and get here already!!!

So who else is absolutely loving Gloombreaker?  I'm still digesting it, but can immediately say that it's great and their best stuff yet.  It's thicker, grittier, darker... but also more diverse and expansive than the previous Warpriest material.  The lyrics are very well written and with a great overall message.  And to anyone still on the fence on whether to get the CD vs digital, I highly recommend the CD because the exclusive bonus track Burn the Boats is awesome!

I got my Shirt and CD a couple days ago. I'd generally agree. I'm still digging in though. 

It's been hard because I found myself in the exceedingly rare circumstance of getting 4 CD's in the mail this week. It's been a long time since that happened! I'll come back to this when I spend more concentrated time with it.

I'm not saying it's bad, but how do you guys love doom so much? The only doom that ever clicked with me was All For The King - Darkest Before Dawn. At least you guys aren't talking about drone metal.....
