Christian Thrash Vocals That Sound Like Dave Mustaine

Does anyone know any Christian thrash that has similar vocals to Dave Mustaine? Imo UA is nearly a Christian album (Christian friendly at least) but my dad doesn't want me listening to too much Megadeth, mainly their name. I've tried explaining that Dave is Christian and that album is totally fine but he said "You can listen to a few good songs".

Step Cousin is kinda like if Dave tried growling I guess.

I'm surprised that people are looking for vocals like Dave.  I usually have to twist arms to get people to check out MD b/c they're so biased about those vox.

The closest though in the semi-Christian scene is Red Lamb, with songs co-written by Dave!

I love Dave's vocals, especially on UA. Red Lamb is crazy close. Which songs were co-written by Dave?

Red Lamb is the only one I can think of.

TBF, the first couple Deth albums are pretty rough lyrically. I myself skip “Looking down the Cross” and “The Conjuring.”

I haven't listened to anything except Mecanix from those albums because of all the language

No. But the Bible is full of death and destruction so it's weird he's bothered by the name.

Red Lamb does sound very Megadeth-y, just a little heavier

I know. I said "Well P.O.D is Payable On Death." and he said "Well that's a Christian thing." They both say DETH though! Well, only MD says DETH but P.O.D says DEATH

He’s right, Megadeth is a terrible influence on the youth. It teaches them bad spelling!

I regret not raising my hand and saying "actually, most of the time people listen to Megadeth because they have great music".
