2 steps forward, one step back.

Is this normal?

I'll have suspiciously good days. Then the next day the scrupulosity comes back furiously and in one second I'll have an epiphany/connection and then my mind will say, "Liar!" Or "That's not true." Or something like that
Grr!!!

I want February 4th back!

Pretty normal in certain seasons, at least in my experience.

I think quitting caffeine during this was a mistake because it compounds the depression symptoms. I didn't know I'd have sleep troubles, night-sweats, and depression from quitting!!

I just thought the withdrawals would be headaches, nausea and fatigue. Oy!

The bandaid has been ripped off, though. No turning back.
