Random thoughts...

I'm praying for all of y'all that are struggling with anxiety or depression. Just remember that non of these supplements or whatever they are will fully get rid of it. My dad was raised Christian, but still struggled with stuff until 2014. He got baptized in the Holy Spirit and it changed his life. So just remember that only God, Jesus, and Holy Spirit can get rid of this for you. Drugs, supplements, medicine, they can only do so much and most don't even do anything at all.

I had terrible depression when I was 10/11 and a little before that at 8 but I'm good now

I've never had depression. Not once. I got baptized both in water and Holy Spirit at a young age and I think that has really helped me in life. I've still struggled with, um, standard teen boy things  , but I've been doing much much better recently.

Yeah, that other thing's always a struggle lol

Depression sucks. Believing in God is not a miracle cure for mental illness. But He can and will give us the strength to eventually overcome all hardships if we believe in Him.

I used to live at HOM, but I barely post once a month, or less, these days.

It's crazy that I only joined early this year. It feels like this has been here my whole life. I'm also already a Holy Unblack Knight (4/5) and there are people who have been here years and are below that. Crazy how much I post lol.

In relation to your young age, you are not far off - if you discount the years before you were able to spam message boards, that is.

I was pondering the thought of Heaven and its streets of gold that is sung about in songs we sing at church or all the recording artists that have songs called Streets of Gold.
Yet in the Bible,
Revelation 21:21 reads:
The twelve gates were twelve pearls: each individual gate was of one pearl. AND THE STREET OF THE CITY WAS PURE GOLD, LIKE TRANSPARENT GLASS.

There’s only one street of gold(the Main Street)in Heaven. Pretty cool.

So, now to change all those errant lyrics….

Nah…you should keep it…it’s cool, I think it falls under Artistic creativity or license.

It just dawned on me while reading that verse that there’s only one street of gold in Heaven mentioned in the Bible. I never really paid attention to it and always remember singing songs in church about "streets of gold.”

I hope skateboarding is allowed on those gold streets. Might be a bit slippery tho.
