Favorite Band?

I'm more of a best albums guy than a best bands guy. Reason being that usually I like a few from most bands. Like Is Mortification my favorite band- no- but Scrolls is one of my all time favorite albumd for example.

But here are bands which I love just about everything they've done and no particular order. SO I guess that would classify them as my best favorite bands.

Nirvana

Stone temple pilots

Smashing Pumpkins

Beatles

Black sabbath

Guns n Roses

when all is said and done I always come back to these bands and they never leave my side.

Another one for Stone temple pilots YAY!!! Even though they were big they were way  underrated compared to the other grunge bands at the time. AND THEY SOUND NOTHING LIKE PEARL JAM!!! hate whoever made that statement because they obviously don't know either band or the music that was grunge. Bet it was a normie with no ears.

I have always said that my favorite band was The Beatles, but if I'm being honest, I would probably have to admit that my favorite group is ABBA.  They're simply fantastic.

Yes! Another person who loves Justice! Most of my friends don't like Metallica and the ones that do prefer the first album which(amazing as it is) is pretty far down on the Metallica album list for me.

I haven't really heard them but they aren't rock right? My favorite not rock band would probably be either Tears For Fears or newer Killers(not the newest album but the two albums before that one. Everything before those three are def alt or indie rock.)

They’re a pop band, although they have moments that could qualify as rock. (E.g. “Does Your Mother Know?”)

Justice is my favorite album of all time. And yeah, Kill 'Em All is such a fun album but considering how great Metallica is it's slightly below average for me.

I see a lot of people mention Phil Keaggy over the years. I'm not sure I know his work.

Phil Keaggy's got well over 50 albums of gisnown released and another couple 100 he's contributed to. Most well known for Glass Harp in the early years, his rock/gospel albums in his 30s and 40s, and his live looping in the last couple decades. He's not really well known for specific albums, but more for songs and overall contributions.

He’s also known for being a monster guitarist.
