Favorite Band? Empty Favorite Band?

What is your favorite band? Metal, not metal, Christian, Secular, anything. Mine is Metallica and Muse is in 2nd place. My fav 'Tallica album is ...AJFA and my fav Muse album is Black Holes And Revelations followed closely by Drones.

I don't really have a favorite, I go through periods where I'm listening to a few different genres / bands / albums for awhile, then I move on to a different set.

Being able to appreciate many different genres is both a blessing and a curse, as there is always something new or old to check out.

The name galactic cowboys makes me think about Knights Of Cydonia by Muse.

Yes they're secular. 

More of a "Christians IN a band" thing (at least in their earlier years), with lyrics from the perspective of a Christian worldview.

Deliverance is my favorite band by a decent distance, though my two top albums from anyone are Metallica albums (Master at #2 and Justice at #1). My top 5 are:
5. Metallica
4. Theocracy
3. Red
2. Tourniquet
1. Deliverance
(Honorable mention to Skillet, the most inconsistent band besides Metallica. Both would be much higher but they have some mid albums and at least one straight-up bad album (even though St. Anger is better than people say))
And I'm sure my own project (Streets of Gold) will get on there once I get my skill up considering that it's literally music formed around what I like the most.

I miss the 80’s when there were like 20 metal/hard rock bands. Lol!
