Starting the first of the year, if you aren't getting big streaming numbers, you won't get paid at all.  All the money being paid out will go to big labels and the indie guys will no longer get anything at all.

You need to pull the plug from this horrible company and just buy the music to actually support artists.  All the indie bands and smaller bands need to pull their music and get out of Spotify come Jan. 1.

To this day I buy the CD if offered.

Youtube music is my back-up/traveling resource.

I only really buy physical CDs if it’s the only option. I try to buy digitally to save space, especially since I usually listen on my phone or iPod anyway.

I do buy the occasional vinyl, but that’s a rarity.

Same here (though I dont buy vinyl at all). The only place to buy music where I live is Wal-Mart who's selection is getting smaller, and they dont carry what I'm looking for anyway. I do pick up CDs or even cassettes (if they're rare and/or under a dollar) from thrift stores and such, but thats about it.
