Spotify Playlists?
Anyone else active on Spotify and have any playlists they want to share? I always love checking out people's mixes, of all genres really. I love discovering new bands or old bands I may have overlooked. I don't have any Christian specific playlists (which is why I posted this in this section), but there's tons of Christian artists in my various playlists. User name = kburke138 if anyone is interested in checking them out

Re: Spotify Playlists?
I am very active on Spotify. My user ID = RageOfAngels.
I have dozens of playlists there that I put a lot of work into.
In fact I just created about about a dozen new ones recently including these:
Christian Grindcore And Goregrind
Best Of Crimson Moonlight
Best Of Angel 7
Most Brutal Christian Metal
Best Of Christian Folk & Viking Metal
Best Of Messenger
Christian Hip Hop / Gospel / Rap / Urban Contemporary
Female-Fronted Christian Metal
...And many more. And I'm always open to suggestions on what to add or what would be better to remove.

Re: Spotify Playlists?
The main drawback about Spotify is that we are limited to what's on their site.
There are plenty of bands that I wish were on there. However, at the same time I am amazed on how much is actually on there, so overall it is a great site for discovering bands, new and old.

Yeah, agreed, there's TONS AND TONS of stuff missing. That's why I can never get rid of my ipod! HAHA. It really is a pretty much bottomless resource for music though. I love finding a new band and then clicking on the "listeners also like" tab and just going down a rabbit hole of new bands.Constantine wrote:The main drawback about Spotify is that we are limited to what's on their site.

Another good one is Youtube Music (formerly Google Play Music). What's good about that one is that you can add stuff from youtube or your own uploads to playlists.

I'm darkhorseman67 if you want to look. I have a Christian metal list, a 77's Lost Dogs The Choir and other bands that seemed to fit list and a few others. Constantine is the master.

Black Rider, you are too kind! But thank you, and thanks for giving us your user name.
I linked to it but there is only a Christmas playlist that is public. Do you have the others set to "private"?

Yeah, if you want to explore the Judas Priest catalog in full for example, you have to use youtube to listen to Jugulator (yet they DO have the Demolition album).outofstep wrote:Good point, there's a lot of stuff NOT on spotify that IS on youtube!WildWorld wrote:Another good one is Youtube Music (formerly Google Play Music).
