Rank the Tourniquet albums, and list favorite song from each

I feel like y’all just listened to the beginning of the song and skipped before listening to the whole thing. I would probably compare it to a bad Journey song too if the whole thing were like the beginning part

I’ve listened to it more than once. I own the album in two formats.

Nah, the buildup from soft and slow at the beginning, gradually increasing in speed and heaviness, until the instrumental outro that would fit well on a death metal song is pretty epic

You might feel that way but you'd be wrong. Actually, if you listen to very early Journey there's a prog bent.

Even AOR Journey can shred. Check out “Mother, Father.”

Yeah Journey does have some good songs, but the only Theocracy song that can be compared to them is Currency in a Bankrupt World (the actual worst Theocracy song)

That’s my least favorite on GS. I still like it, though.

Listened to a bit of Telescopic then some Antiseptic a while back to get a taste of how things went after I dived off what felt like a sinking ship during a vanishing lesson (seemed many metal bands were trying to do their version of the black album during the early half of the 90's) . In essence what I heard was terrible clunky writing by a great drummer. It's another case of Steve Rowe/mortification once the original band split. But like those Morty albums post Pathogenic albums have their fans.

My issue with it isn’t really the music, it’s that the metaphor seems awkward/unclear.

Onward To Freedom was supposed to be released by another name, but in the end, Ted decided to use the Tourniquet name; it is supposed to be a double CD one just the instruments, but never happens.

I haven't listened to most of their albums and can't give you a favorite song from each.

1. Where Moth And Rust Destroy
Great album. Marty Friedman is amazing on here.

2. Pathogenic Ocular Dissonance
Great sound but just mid at times.

3. Stop The Bleeding
Amazing album but the high singing isn't great. Deliverance did that better.

4. Psychosurgery
Really interesting album. Love the sound, and the rapping on Spineless isn't that bad. Not as good as P.O.D but still.

That's all I've listened to. Love this band though!

I finally decided to check out Gazing At Medusa. I didn't know what I was missing out on. It's really good.

MVOATR is TQT worst metal album. CTC and VL are worse but not metal

Microscopic is easily their best outside the classic era

I agree VL and C2C are pretty bad though
