My favorites tend to be forceful, deep but clear rather than gurgled or high pitch rasps. 

As such, my favorite examples are:

I'm gonna have to listen more closely to said vocals. There's not alot of harch vocals, other than my own, that I detest. I'm fine with Roger and DJ's. I'd always enjoyed Steve Rowe's on the first few Mortification albums, and although I didn't love them on some of the later ones, I still didn't mind them.

I'm actually trying to think of some harsh vocals that I detested and I can't come up with anything. I either have not listened to enough stuff or I've repressed the memories of bad vox.

Out of the list I posted earlier, I think the most impressive vocal performance is Pilgrim on Veil of Remembrance. His range is incredible. It is such a flawless album and his vocals are a huge factor in that.

Nyk Edinger, especially from the Possession era.

While thinking about this, I had to google what he's been up to lately.
Turns out he's been doing vocals for Sympathy's upcoming(?) album Beast. As far as I know there's currently one track released, called I Believe https://realmofdisease.bandcamp.com/track/i-believe

Also turns out that apparently this album has Jeff Lewis on lead guitar who is one of those underappreciated guitarists out there. He only did one album with Mortification (Relentless) but he might be my favorite Mortification guitarist.
