And while he might not count, all the Christian Megadeth songs have really good lyrics.

Mark Salomon (The Crucified era)
Myk Porter (Six Feet Deep)
Ted Kirkpatrick
Rob Wolfe (Haunts of Violence by Sacrament)
Although it’s debatable whether they are considered Christian… I like Eric Wagner’s lyrics on the early Trouble albums.

Jimmy P Brown often had pretty cheesy lyrics at the beginning, but the theology was strong. And newer Deliverance has really well-written lyrics. Part of the reason I'm a big Assimilation fan is the poetic lyrics.

You all have made some good calls. My top 2 by far are:
Steve Taylor
Matt Smith
Other honorable mentions:
Tim Bushong (Lovewar)
Mike Knott
Christopher Scott (Precious Death and Blackball - hit and miss for me, but some fantastic lyrics spread throughout)
Wolves at the Gate
Circle of Dust (self-titled and Brainchild mainly)
Tourniquet (especially Victor Macias for Solus Christus)
Mark Salomon
Living Sacrifice
Burial Extraction
Antestor (earlier stuff)
