I wrote the guidelines for the thread just as quick outline to suggest bands and songs to list, not as by-laws for, let's say, a masonic lodge.

Nothing's really set in stone. However, I assumed it would go without saying, that songs with profanity in them would not be considered 'Christian-friendly.'

Individuals and bands hostile to the orthodox Gospel and/or display satanic imagery (whether they believe in it or not) are not really a good idea to list...

Practicing Catholics are certainly welcome (as long as they don't pray the rosary - j/k).

The idea was to primarily give the "Christians in a band" philosophy its due.

Then Megadeth wouldn’t count, although they were mentioned when you outlined the thread. Dystopia includes an F-bomb on Fatal Illusion.
What about Christian bands that include profanity in their lyrics? (E.g. King’s Kaleidoscope; Sacrificium).

And just to be clear as well, I was just facetiously pushing the envelope. I love this forum, and love the way it's setup. It's only Pethead and Kerrick that drive me up the wall sometimes...

John Petrucci - Suspended Animation. Instrumental album that he wrote for the first G3 tour he was a part of. I really like it, especially the ballad Lost Without You.
