Afterimage (Death Metal/Metalcore)
Anyone else enjoy this band? I happened to discover them earlier this year. They only put out one full-length album back in 2013, Unveil the Unseen. There's a tastefully electronic sound woven into portions of the album, and the whole thing just has a great atmosphere. The use of clean vocals is perfect too.

Re: Afterimage (Death Metal/Metalcore)
I can appreciate what they are doing, but I prefer their "Codex" E.P. to this.
The E.P. was more like proggy deathcore. This full length seems to be full-on metalcore, and velocity for the sake of velocity. And the vocals are mostly screaming at top volume. Gives me a headache after awhile.
I do like "Calling Down The Sky" though, but not so much their re-record of "Soulmender."
