I'm curious about that too. That song started out sounding like something off the first Deliverance album then moved into Hirax territory.

Yes, sounds like early Deliverance. I thought this was how D’s return to thrash was going to sound. Would be interesting if Glen was allowed to collaborate on some of the writing for D in the future.

There are a bunch of interviews with Glenn out there on You Tube and Fascistbook and I listened to one and he doesn't talk about this being a faith-related project in any way.  Also here are the lyric videos for the 2 songs released so far - not much Christian content that I can see, although in the 2nd song the killer (song is about a serial killer) is told to repent:
