Ummm, yeah.

I started detoxing from the stuff two weeks ago. First week was pure total hell. Withdrawal symptoms included a headache that would not go away for 7 days, no matter how much aspirin I took, depression, and a severe lack of motivation. Total misery right there.

I seem to be doing better. Haven't had a drop of soda (except for Sprite and a caffeine free Coke), nor have I had any more coffee, tea, or even chocolate.

Pray for me. I'm still sane....for now.

Ouch. Good on you for breaking away though -very hard to do! Hang in there!
