Yup you can buy directly from the band, though I bought mine from Eddie DeWitte (who wrote some of the lyrics and works closely with the band).  He's here in the US and has some copies for sale; it's probably a bit cheaper going through him if you are in the US.  He's a member here on CMR so you can just message him if you'd like!

Right on! I'll probably hold off for a bit just because I've gotten so much new music lately that I should take some time to enjoy it first haha. But the rest of RR's stuff is high on my want-list.
