LOVE the songs I've heard from them. Still need to pick up their albums. They are on my list!

Re: Thrash Metal
Most fans favorite album, as is mine, seems to be Time Is UP. Mind-blowing stuff, my friend. But all their albums are pretty solid.RavenWolf wrote:11razorwire wrote:Any fans of Havok? Been getting into them a lot lately.

^ Havok is awesome. All of it, but like razorwire said the general consensus is the Time is Up album.
Re: Thrash Metal
As I've mentioned in many posts, my favorite metal is thrash/death from the 80's and early 90's. One of the best thrash metal bands to come out of this new wave of thrash that happened in the past few years was suicidal angels. Their first few albums are old-school gold. Too bad they had very anti-christian lyrics. I know they're slayer babies but they do it well.
Another one I recently discovered is Excoriate. They're like super underground death/thrash. They have an album called "On Pestilent Winds". I love the old school Bathory/Possessed type vibe. Oh and there's one more recent band I like called Morbus Chron. Although, they are more progressive musically... they still have that old aggressive death/thrash vibe.
