Well... we've talked a little about that. The thing is, neither of us want a proper wedding. What'll probably happen is we'll just go to the courthouse but have a big potluck party at the park where anyone and everyone will be invited. We'd probably do some sort of vow-exchanging and whatnot then but it'd be very informal and just a celebration.

Seriously though, I wasn't here for any of that strife and fighting. But I know God hates fighting and strife ... so it's wise that you guys shut that down.

Each of us are different, with many commonalities. But no one will see exactly the same as another.

It's too bad we couldn't still discuss God/theology here ... but in a spirit of peace and harmony. But I guess you guys already tried that to no avail. Sad.

Hello hello! I am back... Twisted Evil

How was everything while I was gone? I see that the forum is still standing so that's a pleasant surprise. Razz

I had an excellent trip! I'll post some pictures here soon. Slovakia was awesome though. We had such a wonderful time. The weather was just about perfect (though it did rain on us one day). We went on a really gorgeous hike, ate tons of good food, explored the city, went to a tiny little village in Hungary, on a tour inside an epic cave that goes under the Hungarian/Slovak border, and overall just had a great time!

Hahahaha good point. Wouldn't want to allow my CDs to get scratched. I'll make sure she knows that she's not allowed to touch any of my music. If she really wants to, I'll burn a copy for her. Razz

Yeah... we tried and tried and tried... and it just failed. Maintaining a sense of respect amongst users here just wasn't possible when discussions on theology would start. Seriously EVERY thread in there turned into a name-calling mess. I would like to bring it back sometime though because I think it has great potential.

Perhaps I should have... but I wanted to get to know her parents (and ask permission from them) first. A proposal will be coming though. Cool

She's coming to visit me in late November for a few months so that'll be a good time to do so. I love you

She'll be staying with my parents which will be fun too for them to get to know her better (though they already know her pretty well from her time here before).
