We shouldn't forget Fistful of Metal either. I love that album. The singer sounds like a mixture of Eric Adams and Paul Stanley, but rougher.
My thoughts exactly!

I like AtL best but it's mostly nostalgia, SoWN is up there.

I’m kinda surprised no one around these parts has voted for Human Sacrifice.
Seasons also has no votes, so Kerrick hasn’t voted yet.

Upon revisiting it over the last year or so, SoWN has become my favorite Anthrax.

Re: Christian vs secular best albums
Lament, extractions, and HS are the only ones I go out of my way to listen to when the mood is right.
Masters is a masterpiece but I never really have to listen to it again, same with Seasons great album but never have to listen to it again. Same with Rust. Anthrax never got into them. Testament not a big fa either.
STB is ok but never go out of my way to listen to it and same with weapons though I like it.

SoWN is a good album, but it’s below every Belladonna album.

It’s a good metal album, but it’s not thrash.
I like the direction they were on with PoT. Too bad they dumped Joey to copy Armored Saint.

After listening to Master of Puppets again, I have decided it's better than Weapons. But I'm fine with WooW holding my vote, as it deserves at least one. It's still my #2 on this list.
