I think Holy Wars may be my least favorite song on the album too, along with Poison was the Cure.

I like Holy Wars, but my three favorites are RiP…Polaris, Tornado of Souls, and Lucretia.

Definitely one of the greatest thrash songs ever written.

I think RiP gets a lot of credit for being the album with the best production.

Beyond that, I don't think the songs are really any better than before.

On the flip side, KIMB has a lot of great songs but the production is so cheap that it is often ignored. I'd really encourage people that skip over this album to try this cleaned-up version and reassess: https://www.metal-archives.com/albums/Megadeth/Killing_Is_My_Business..._and_Business_Is_Good%21/426139

RiP is the one album that normie websites like Louder Sound promote so heavily. In the end it becomes overrated like Reign in Blood (though it's undoubtedly a far better album). They act like it is is just ten times better than anything Megadeth ever did.

He's the thrash version of Prince in that he created his own stylized way of writing .... and that's a good thing.
