This was said on his Chameleon Church show (recorded the same day before the “tribute” panel).

The tribute was only a part of the video in the first place.
The full name of the video is "BLOODGOOD & Tourniquet Tribute & 80's Rock Look back Allan Aguirre & Deliverance"
It was supposed to be also a general look back on 80's rock. It probably was initially supposed to be only that but the sudden death of Ted probably made them include that into the show.

Scaterd Few was formed in 1983 and they released a demo that year.

That’s what Allan said in the video I posted.

Likewise. Too disorganized and off-topic (the first two topics listed as the title) for me.

Why?BaleMaster wrote:At least Pastor Bob's talking now. I may disagree with him politically, but he's a great man of God and full of gravitas.
I don't see many political comments on his YouTube channel.
I would see him as a socialist due to his ministry with the homeless. However, I have seen he is very aware of the "woke" problem in our society and he looks to be all against it.

Though no words were spoken I could still feel the cold rage coming through the screen, speaking of which there is a great interview with James and Kirk might post later on that thread.

Opinions are divided on the new Metallica album (like politics in the USA).

Do you think so?Dustofyears wrote:Politics, one of those two things you should never bring up in a conversation. Starts wars.
Though it is a polemic topic to talk about, we shouldn't be so afraid, one mentioned the word politics and I asked why it would be so controversial. If someone simply can't answer that pacifically, then it could show lots of immaturity and lack of sympathy.
I am ok with people that differ politically with me. In fact, I've learned that it is almost impossible to change someone's point of view. It is like hoping someone could change the football team he supports.
Anyway. The thing is, I follow Pastor Bob and his ministry in Sanctuary International and have not seen a strong political position. If there's so, I wish to know, so I will be more careful from now on and then decide in a soon future how it affects the way I think of Christianity and If I should still follow the church.
Just it.

I was sort tongue in cheek. I'll let Balemaster answer if he wants. but Personally I hate politicians and religion and Gods of any kind except for in the world of fantasy novels. However, as far as Bob goes, I do not know the man but what I have seen of him on videos etc, and he looks to be a gentle kind of man that wouldn't force his views down anyone's throat but would share them if asked about them. But Like I say, I don't know the man or his politics and have no opinion on him at all, except from what I can tell he looks to be like a decent fellow. But then I have learned people are very complex.Second Wind wrote:Do you think so?Dustofyears wrote:Politics, one of those two things you should never bring up in a conversation. Starts wars.

Anyway, if you're a christian isn't the point to believe to the point no man or thing can make you question your belief (as in why would Bob, a mere man, change your views of being a christian etc... Ah, you know how the game goes. More power to ya second wind.

A few years back on his Facebook page, I got into a minor quibble with Pastor Bob regarding liberalism and conservatism, and he definitely defended the left and excoriated those on the right. That's what I'm referencing.Second Wind wrote:Why?BaleMaster wrote:At least Pastor Bob's talking now. I may disagree with him politically, but he's a great man of God and full of gravitas.

And for the record, Dust, I couldn't care less of your thoughts regarding God. Tread carefully, dude...you're participating on a site mainly populated by those who love Him and trust Him. Which is precisely why I put you on ignore some time ago. I guess you can have eternity to clench your puny fists and wag your haughty tongue in a place full of fire and brimstone, if you so choose.
End rant.

Pastor Bob is just another flawed human like the rest of us. I really like his gentle personality in this chaotic world of anger. I don’t personally know him, but I follow his YouTube channel, I have his books…
He seems like a genuine guy that loves Jesus and wants to help people. I’m not familiar with his political views, but I wouldn’t be surprised if he is heavy on the liberal side. I am unashamedly conservative. I like order and protecting our constitutional rights. I’m against globalism.
That said, I appreciate his day to day (life application) commentary!
