Mick (aka "Handsome Mickrowe X") is out of prison, paroled.  He got a 16 year sentence and served 4.  He's a permanent resident of the sex offender registry, required to register every 90 days with the local sheriff's department for the rest of his life, and he is classified as a Sexually Violent Predator. He's not allowed anywhere near schools.

As for Mick Roe, we shouldn't be surprised when someone gives themselves over to sin how far it can take them, no doubt that we can testify to some dark places it has taken us..."What, know ye not that whatever you offer your members to for obedience the same will take you away and make you it's slave?" This will give some answers as to what may have happened to Mick, and what is happening to far too many...

I still enjoy the Tempest albums. Mick’s disgusting behavior since those days doesn’t negate the good music he and Jamie made.
