I pack my lunch for work everyday.  Does that count?  It takes a lot of effort to put my frozen dinner and a couple of snacks into an insulated bag.

lol!

I love to eat, but I hate to cook.

HAHA!! I'm definitely familiar with him.

I also loved the "satanic sandwich making" and "satanic cake-off" that Big Winter from Woods of Trees did with Ensiferum.
So punny and HILARIOUS.

I love making my own egg nog.

- I take 1 gallon of milk that's 3/4ths full.
- Squeeze a hearty amount of vanilla in the jug.
- Dump in some nutmeg
- Good amount of sugar
- Fill up the rest of the jug with pasturized liquid egg whites. (EggBeaters is the main brand, but a carton of the generic works just fine)
- SHAKE SHAKE SHAKE

Voila! Freakin' awesome egg nog. This is a good snack for me. Lots of protein (from the milk and eggs) and easy on the gut!

Also grilled some shrimp for lunch today. Got a really simple and quick way of doing it.

- bag of pre-cooked medium sized shrimp
- thaw in a bowl of hot water
- dump the hot water out, throw the wet shrimp on the hot grill
- light dusting of season salt
- after a couple minutes, I turn the shrimp over, they should be a light brown
- another light dusting of season salt

DONE! Its even better on a "dirty" grill, when the little crispies of what was grilled before stick to the shrimp... gives an awesome flavor!

Nice!

We're having some friends over for dinner this evening and we've got curry chicken cooking in the slow cooker.  For our wedding, an old college buddy of mine gave us some epic spices from Sri Lanka and Saudi Arabia.  He's from Sri Lanka and so he's got the hookups on the goooooooooood curries and whatnot.  drunken I can't wait to try it!

I've got this blackened seasoning I got from the Pepper Palace. Its so good. I put it on most everything I grill. Shrimp, fish, chicken, pork, beef...

Man I just ate and I'm getting hungry again!
