Vote your favorite station name

Hello everyone! As many of you may know, with the current status of the radio world many of us DJs have been discussing merging together to keep Christian metal radio alive. Names have been suggested and voted on our end and we are down to a select few names.

We want to give you the opportunity to give your input on your favorite names. Here are the choices:


Bloodbath Radio - Symbolic of us being "covered" by the blood of Jesus


Metal Anthem Radio


Reanimated Radio - Symbolic of both Jesus' resurrection and our old man dying and being born again.

If you're looking for votes only and don't want opinions then please ignore me.
I'd vote none of them - Sorry bro.

Those are all really common names/nouns and while a name's just a name and word of mouth/forum will help spread it, you'll have a better time netting stragglers from search engines by not using terms that won't yield thousands of popular results in front of it.

I would drag any one of the "bloodbath", "Anthem", "Reanimated" words through a thesaurus for something less common. I found some pretty cool words myself just looking around...

If you have suggestions, then by all means, feel free to share them with us!

"Bloodbath" seems...well...if we only played Grindcore/Slam/Death, then, I would be more gung-ho about it.

"Metal Anthem" seems very generic.  And it also gives me a sub-genre feel...Power, Progressive, Glam or even NWOBHM.

"Reanimated" sounds like a perfect fit, in my humble opinion.

Metal Blessing Radio will still be around as a show, but as a 24/7 station yes it will be going away January 31st.

The problem with a lot of the names we have looked at is they either seem to favor a genre or they are extremely cheesy. So we are entertaining options.

It made me think of the Grave Robber song.  That is my favorite of the three for the same reasons Garrison mentioned, but none of them really excite me.  Then again, my opinion shouldn't count for much because I doubt I'll listen anyway.  Nothing against the mission or the work you guys are doing, I just don't tend to listen to Internet radio all that much.

You mind if I ask what genres are types of music you'll be playing?

Yea me either, so dont take my opinion to seriously, I just listen to whatever I feel like in the moment out of my library.
