I've never owned any of their stuff, but I am a Billy Idol fan and have a few of his CDs. So I should probably check into his old band. I love what I've heard so far!

Great calls on both counts!!! The Lead soon turned into a Crossover Thrash band (which was very good too), but that first album is truly a great Punk gem!
Crashdog was great too. Very original sounding for the Christian scene. I also loved One Bad Pig too. Wish they had not broken up.

Re: Punk Bands?
Pig is actually reuiniting to do a festival this year. I can't remember which one. I saw them on the last tour and that was one of the most amazing concerts I have ever seen.

I remember hearing about their concerts back in the day. Never did make it to one though. Heard they were awesome!

A band I've been listening to a lot in the past months is Flatfoot 56:

Saw the Ramones live once. Probably the most fun I've ever had at a concert. If you went down in the mosh pit there were plenty of hands to help you back up.

Love The Ramones! Was listening to Husker Du yesterday! Those guys were actually pretty good!

Re: Punk Bands?
Bought this album set today. Been looking to buy Richard Hell & The Voidoids - Blank Generation for years, but a few other excellent albums here.
