Warpriest - The Witch (Remix Preview)
I was messing around lately with some new sounds, and beefed up "The Witch"

I don't remember the old version well, but this does seem to sound better. Keep it up!

It sounds like you flanged the vocals and raised the bass on the guitar on the new ver. I like it. Both sound good, but I like the newer better.

I changed out the bass and guitar sounds. They are all thicker and bassier. And put a chorus (similar to flange) effect on the vox.

I guess I pretty much called it. You are on the right path. Please keep going. I'd like to hear an album of this.deathisgain wrote:d@v!d wrote:It sounds like you flanged the vocals and raised the bass on the guitar on the new ver. I like it. Both sound good, but I like the newer better.

How did you change things out, amp modeling?

Forgive me because the last time I recorded was when we used 4-tracks with cassettes.
How do you record your guitar? Do you play it clean straight into the computer and let it change the tone, or do you mic an amp and further change tone on the computer?

Right now I am going into the coputer clean and using amp modelers that I tweak for sound. It's a no thrills approach using Garageband.
