This version of "All My Tears" has been played at a few funerals I've been to, and I have to say that when ever I hear it, It makes me want to burst out crying.

Led Zeppelin's "In My Time of Dying" has been one that I like as well.

To be honest, I don't care.  I'll be dead.  Have me cremated and have a "celebration of life" in a couple weeks after the grieving is a tad easier for all I care.  Whatever my wife wants to do will be fine by me.
