Philadelphia - New album coming this year!

Brian Martini from Philadelphia emailed me last night and they are currently working on their new album "War Lord" which should be out late this year!!!

I hope it happens.  There is a serious wasteland thus far in Christian metal (dare I say that without getting slammed anymore?) these days.

Yes, but is there a wasteland of Christians IN metal?

I haven't heard Philadelphia since the 80's. I'm curious to hear what they sound like.

I'm interested as well, but certainly don't see them as the saviour of Christian metal!

That is a good question..be interesting to see if d@vid or anyone else knows of one.

Armageddon / Armageddon USA comes pretty close. But 30 years is tops as far as I can see.
