What's one album that you think more people should check out from this year. This is NOT necessarily your album of the year, but rather, an album that seems to be overlooked but that you enjoy.

There's this band called Theonomy or something that released an album this year.  It's supposed to be pretty good.   Razz

Sombre Holiday just released a new album today that's quite good.  They're moody progressive metal and seem to fly under the radar for most.

I guess I will recommend Fathomage again. I know at least a few people here have listened to it, but it really is very good, especially coming from a fairly unknown band.

Not really overlooked, but I'm listening to Bride's Are You Awake a ton more than I did with their previous few albums.  Catchy songs with great hooks.

I been really enjoying Holy Name. I'm not sure what the album is, I just play their songs off YouTube, and they dont seem to have the album titled in their descriptions. Fantastic album though

A favorite band over the last 10yrs has been American Arson. Their new album Sand & Cinder, Tide & Timber is another fantastic release. Lyrically always challenging, encouraging. The band style is rock but a little more outside the box of the CMR.

Wow! Bride was always my favorite band, and these days I'm not even aware when they drop a new album.
