Christian Metal Album of the Year - Need Help w/ Album List!

Hi everyone,

For the past 2 years, I've taken a poll for Christian Metal Album of the Year. Last year, we had a HUGE RESPONSE with over 600 votes cast.. The 2014 version had less than half of that.

Its with great hope that we can make it even bigger and better this year, but I need help getting all of the good albums on the master list now so I don't have to go in and update the list during the poll, in case I forget albums.

I generally have assembled the albums into a few categories, then a mixed "Album of the year" grouping, to ensure that sub-genres and all other albums are treated fairly.

The categories are likely to be (unless there are too few albums to list):

• All Metal Genres - Album of the Year

I plan on compiling the list over the next 3-4 days, and start official voting by end of the week.

Also, last year I had a few radio stations ask about the list - if anyone wants access to the master document for votes/vote compilations, please let me know, as I am more than happy to work with anyone that's interested.

Are 'Wovenwar' a Christian band?

Most likely not. There have been insinuations from the day the band was announced in the fallout of the Tim Lambesis scandal that all of the members had renounced their faith by that point. Although those rumors were never explicitly confirmed, none of the band members spent any effort on denying them either.  In any official interviews I've found where the subject was brought up, they've just vaguely said that their beliefs are exclusively personal and that the band is only about the music rather than spreading any particular message. It's not my place to know the spiritual condition of any individuals, but the most I can say for Wovenwar as a band is that they might or might not have a couple of Christian members who keep quiet about their beliefs these days. They certainly aren't interested in having any kind of discernible Christian message.
