You really can't get any kind of direction from a strawman, they can't make up their minds because they have no brains.

They do an awful lot of talking, and they never take the time to get to know you properly.

The pole up their back seems to make them uncomfortable,

And when you try to help remove that pole from their back, they fall apart and come undone.
