I Hate It When

What are some peeves of yours that really annoy you. Such as for me as a example since I listen to metal people at school always say "oh you listen to screamo" and I'm like no I dont. Whenever I hear screamo I just wanna punch someone lol

Also, it bugs me when people play with their food for too long or when people take huge bites or ridiculously small bites.

When people use "1st Annual" It should be Inaugural. I work in a art department and people are constantly using 1st Annual...

When people don't lather up the soap when they do wash their hands.

When people are really picky about their food.

People who won't accept that others just may have a point about anything they feel strongly about.

I hate it when grocery/drug stores ask if you an MVP card for the discounts. They give out the cards for free anyway. Why can't they just give the discount without the use of MVP cards?

Football officials and/or announcers talk about "the one-inch line" or "the half-yard line" or any other "line" that doesn't exist.  The ball will is at the half-yard line?  Can you show me this line?

When Movies are said to be movie of the year. It's only been one Month into the year.

When I feel pressured to make eye contact. It's really hard for me to make eye contact, especially when I'm nervous. Saying "Look at me" in a stern voice doesn't help very much at all. Sometimes I feel like I have to even if the person is happy and never said I had to. It makes it harder to pay attention to what they're saying though because I'm trying to hear them and fight myself at the same time. *sigh*

That feeling you get when you're doing an assignment and realize you're not 100% sure you're doing it right.

Whenever someone thinks they're metal because they only listen to 1 or 2 relevant metal bands then insult your taste in metal. My manager who only listens to Black Sabbath and Dio who are of relevance and then has a list of bands like Korn and Disturbed said that Metal Church sounded lame when I was listening to it at work. I wanted to ask if he even knew what he was talking about.

Glad to know I'm not alone, but sorry for your sickness bro!  Every time I hear it I yell spontaneously at the tv/ref/announcer "THERE IS NO HALF-YARD LINE!"  And the dog wonders what she's done wrong (nothing, girl, you're a good girl).

I hate that I am unable to pm anyone without a specified number of posts-ugh!

What really bugs me is when someone dies an untimely death and people say "God needed another angel in heaven, so he took them". I recently saw my sister say this regarding a home invasion shooting, that God needed a few more angels in heaven.

I'm just like "yeah, cause God likes to send in murderers to "collect" his angels. Sounds like the God mob or something lol

^Sounds like the plot to some corny sci-fi action comic-book-turned-movie:  Cool-guy assassin-for-God has to go around killing godly/tough-guys so they can fight demons in the next life.  He's dark and mysterious, and of course internally conflicted - the classic anti-hero who's so popular these days.

Agreed, and were did people get the idea that people turn into angels when they die?
