Y'all should check out this local Santa Cruz band Above The Storm.  They recently released a new song with their new lineup (though they've got a different drummer since this was released) and it rocks!  Their three-song EP is free to download and is pretty good though IMO their new stuff blows it out of the water.  I'm friends with their guitarist and he's a rad guy.  You can listen to them on their Soundcloud and like 'em on Facebook!

Above The Storm will be releasing their new EP this spring on SkyBurnsBlack Records!  Definitely check them out!  I'm stoked to hear that such a great band is working with such a great label!
