Easter and Stir the Embers are better imo.seth wrote:You may be the first person I’ve seen who doesn’t acknowledge the fact that The Wonder of it All is the best song on Ghost ShipChristian Thrash Rules wrote:Castaway is one of my favs on GS. Call to Arms is the most underrated Theocracy tune. Not my very favorite—even on GS—but most underrated. It’s very classic metal with a big, anthemic hook.

Re: Theocracy vs. narnia
Here's my take on the "flower metal" thing:
Narnia has more influence from Trad/Heavy Metal which stylistically has a harder edge than Power Metal. I think this is reflected in the guitar tone and style in Narnia and the vocal influences on Christian Liljegren. Theocracy is more squarely in the Power Metal camp and I especially find Matt Smith's vocals to be on the more flowery side, which is normative for Power Metal and one reason I can't listen to much of it. It's basically just a matter of taste and I like Heavy Metal more than Power Metal because of it's harder edge.

Narnia by a mile for me. Theocracy is good but it's not even close.
