That's hardly a suspicious similarity. Different angle, different background, different color, no group of humans on the Primal cover, no egded heart-shaped framing on the Primal cover. Also, the Accept one is a robot, the Primal one represents a cybernetically 'enhanced' human. This is no controversy at all. Period.

I can’t imagine someone seeing those covers and thinking ripoff unless they’re actively looking to start something. (Not talking about you here, Lex!) I can point out many covers that are way more similar than those are.
