Hey,  to the folks assisting me with album reviews, quick question. I've started including "For Fans Of" info when posting available albums here. Do you actually take notice of the FFO? Does it influence your decision to pick up an album for review or not? Just trying to figure out if I should continue adding FFO to the albums or skip it. If it's something that might deter you from checking out an album, I'd rather not include that info. Let me know your thoughts!

It helps me a lot, honestly, since there’s a lot to choose between.

It helps me, too. It helps to narrow down.

It helps me but I'm not always familiar with the references.  
So I always check each band's music on You Tube to see what they actually sound like.   

Most of the bands will post a single or a teaser medley for their upcoming album.  

On rare occasions there will be no posted audio to evaluate them by.  But every descriptor helps to some degree.

No, the Arkado came only in that format. I'll try asking the PR for a different format but can't promise they'll deliver

PR girl just shared a streaming link of the album, which I placed in your folder. I am unsure that it sounds any better.
