However, MC has a bigger, more consistent catalog. Had Carl Albert not passed, they would have better latter day albums.

Carl Albert was fantastic. I probably actually like him more than the MC singers by a hair, even over Mike Howe.

Vicious Rumors are one of my favorites as well. Like I've stated before, Metal Church only wins this by a very thin margin for me.

Vicious Rumors are a criminally underrated band.

Armored Saint is another band in that category. I really like the more progressive direction they've been taking the last several albums.

I haven't heard much of them, I can't even remember ever hearing anything by Metal Church. I did see Vicious Rumors once as a guest for Hammerfall, I remember really liking them and a cool song named Soldiers of the Night. So I voted VR.
